Tracer 260BHSLE-DSO - Prime Time RV

The Tracer LE 260BHSLE-DSO floorplan has one entry door, a 19 foot power awning, and one slideout. The entry door leads to the living area on the left and the bedroom on the right. Directly to the left of the entry door is an L-shaped counter top with a sink and stove. A microwave is above the stove. Overhead storage is above the countertop to the right and left of the microwave. To the left of he countertop are a refrigerator and a pantry. Bunk beds are in the rear door side corner of the RV. The rear off door corner has a door leading to the bathroom. The bathroom has a toilet, shower, and sink with a medicine cabinet above. The living area slideout is on the off door side and has a dinette and sofa. The front wall of the living area has a countertop and sliding doors on the left and right. The sliding doors both lead to the bedroom. The bedroom has a queen bed with a wardrobe and night stand on the right and left and overhead storage above.

Take the whole squad along in the Tracer LE 260BHS! This model weighs in at just over 5,000 lbs without sacrificing space. The front queen bedroom is separated from the rest of the coach by a partial wall and solid doors for added privacy, while the rear bunk room provides a pair of roomy double-over-double bunks. The large bathroom holds a 30" x 40" shower with molded seat, plus a vanity sink and medicine cabinet. The slideout holds a booth dinette and 60" hide-a-bed sofa.

GVWR (Gross Vehicle Weight Rating): – is the maximum permissible weight of the unit when fully loaded. It includes all weights, inclusive of all fluids, cargo, optional equipment and accessories. For safety and product performance do NOT exceed the GVWR.

GAWR (Gross Axle Weight Rating) – is the maximum permissible weight, including cargo, fluids, optional equipment and accessories that can be safely supported by a combination of all axles.

UVW (Unloaded Vehicle Weight)*- is the typical weight of the unit as manufactured at the factory. It includes all weight at the unit’s axle(s) and tongue or pin and LP Gas. The UVW does not include cargo, fresh potable water, additional optional equipment or dealer installed accessories.

CCC (Cargo Carrying Capacity)** - is the amount of weight available for fresh potable water, cargo, additional optional equipment and accessories. CCC is equal to GVWR minus UVW. Available CCC should accommodate fresh potable water (8.3 lbs per gallon). Before filling the fresh water tank, empty the black and gray tanks to provide for more cargo capacity.

The load capacity of your unit is designated by weight, not by volume, so you cannot necessarily use all available space when loading your unit.
